Riomax Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Excluded jurisdictions: New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and Quebec. Employees, representatives, or affiliates of Rio Nutrition, its subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

To qualify for entry:

1. You must watch 100% of the designated video in full.

2. You must complete the form within the video with your valid email address.

3. You must complete the form below the video with accurate and truthful personal details as requested.

Each valid completion counts as one entry. For every 100 qualified participants, Rio Nutrition will award one (1) free ton of Riomax PG360 cattle supplement in 250 lb plastic tubs through a random draw among that group of entrants.

By entering, you acknowledge and agree to the use of your information in accordance with Rio Nutrition’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Prize

• One (1) ton of Riomax PG360 mineral and digestion supplement (cattle feed product).

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,960 USD.

• Rio Nutrition will cover all shipping, freight, or delivery costs.

• No substitutions, cash alternatives, or transfers of the prize are permitted, except at Rio Nutrition’s sole discretion.

4. Winner Selection

• For every 100 valid entries, one (1) winner will be selected at random by Rio Nutrition or its designated representative.

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• Winners will be notified via the contact details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, another eligible winner may be selected.

• Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (administered by phone or email) to be confirmed as a winner.

5. Conditions of Participation

• All entry information must be accurate, complete, and truthful to qualify.

• Watching 100% of the video is a strict requirement for eligibility.

• By entering, participants agree to allow Rio Nutrition to verify eligibility and to use submitted details for contest administration purposes.

• Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, where permitted by law.

• Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification.

6. General Terms

• Rio Nutrition reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this giveaway at any time for any reason.

• By entering, participants release Rio Nutrition and its affiliates from any liability arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

• This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations.
