MARKETING MANAGER ASSISTANT
Join a fast-growing, family-run business and become the right hand to a marketing team that moves fast and does big things. We're looking for a self-directed, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager Assistant who's passionate about strategy, execution, and rallying a team.
This role plays a key part in keeping our marketing engine running smoothly day to day. From campaign planning and website upkeep to ad performance analysis and print materials, you'll help turn ideas into action across every corner of the marketing function. One day might mean mapping out a campaign execution plan, the next might be collaborating with individuals across the team to keep projects moving along and on-strategy, or digging into last week's ad numbers to spot what's broken.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager as their second brain. The person who asks "have you thought about this?" before anyone else does. In return, you'll get real mentorship, meaningful work, and a front-row seat to how a marketing engine is actually run.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. If you're someone who can take a rough idea and run with it, spot what's not working, and get things across the finish line with minimal supervision, this could be a great fit for you.
No existing portfolio of marketing experience or a big degree required. What matters most is that you're hungry, willing, and can "get it." If you've got solid marketing instincts but haven't been given the opportunity to prove it yet, we want to hear from you.

Join a fast-growing family business doing exciting things in agriculture! Rio Nutrition is looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling, visual content, and creating videos that connect with audiences.
This role plays a key part in bringing our brand to life through high-quality video content that showcases our products, people, customers, and company culture. From social media clips and promotional campaigns to interviews, testimonials, and training content, you’ll help create engaging videos that support our marketing and sales efforts across multiple platforms.
You’ll work closely with our Videographer and Marketing Team to turn ideas into polished, professional content that reflects our brand and resonates with our audience.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. If you’re someone who can take raw footage and transform it into compelling visual stories with minimal supervision, this could be a great fit for you.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs is strongly preferred. Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, and social media content strategy would be a plus.
