Hey, I’m Marcus Paskewitz, Marketing Manager at Rio, where I lead a talented team of marketers and help blend creativity with business strategy to support ranchers across the country. From branding and lead generation to growth initiatives and video production, my focus is on creating marketing that cuts through the noise in a way that truly resonates — marketing that ranchers can feel, not just see.

I’m especially passionate about the role Rio plays in helping producers improve profitability through the Riomax family of products — the impact we get to make on the ranching industry is what fuels my work every day.

I'm still very involved in our video production at Rio, which takes me all over the country. Getting out on ranches, meeting producers, and seeing parts of North America you’d never experience otherwise is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. Those connections and experiences fuel a lot of my work and help me stay very connected to the people we serve.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me tackling home renovation projects, doing some photography or design for fun, traveling, spending time with my three amazing nieces, or making cocktails for friends. At the end of the day, I’m driven by meaningful work, great people, and the opportunity to make a real difference in an industry that matters.
