Sales/Customer Support
Hey there! I’m Vanessa, and I’m part of the Sales/Customer Support team at Riomax. I work closely with our Territory Managers to ensure they have everything they need to succeed in the field. Whether it’s assisting with orders, managing communication, or helping streamline day-to-day operations, I’m here to make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What I love most about my role is knowing that the work we do has a real and positive impact on rural communities across North America. At Riomax, we’re not just selling lick tubs—we’re helping ranchers increase profitability and sustainability, and I’m proud to support that mission every day. I really enjoy being part of a team that values hard work, strong relationships, and a purpose-driven approach. I’m always looking for ways to grow, contribute, and bring positive energy to the people around me.
Outside of work, I’m all about quality time with my family and friends. I love going on road trips, exploring new places, and enjoying the scenic views along the way. When winter rolls around, you’ll most likely find me snowboarding. There’s nothing better than hitting the slopes, spending the day on the hills, and capping it off with good laughs and great company.
