Admin/Human Resources Manager/Executive Assistant
As the Admin/HR Manager, I am responsible for recruiting new hires, maintaining benefits and payroll, and engaging in training and development. We work to make sure our systems and databases are current and accurate which includes policies, voice notes, mailers, etc. All of the little things add up to assist every department in our business. We strive to have our team in alignment with our Ten Core Values and it shows in all we do!
At Rio Nutrition we are all about profitability and sustainability. We offer Rancher Roundtables where industry leaders gather to discuss issues. The conversations are powerful and very insightful. I enjoy coordinating these meetings and working with attendees on their travel arrangements to give them a “WOW” experience. There is a lot of work behind the scenes which requires flexibility and good organizational skills. I do love to be organized!
Prior to Rio Nutrition, I worked in the telecommunications industry. Communication is key and it is inspiring to be part of the Rio team where we work together to make the dealer/rancher our top priority.
My husband, Joel and I live in Redwood Falls where we raised our three daughters. I love to travel and have several destinations on my “bucket list” with Ireland at the top of my list. Of course any beach will do too!
