My Neighbor Bought This Stuff After Seeing My Hay Field!

I brought my mom up through here the other day and she was pretty impressed with it because she's my raker. She's like, that's worth raking. Last year, we just cut it just for fire danger and she was not impressed. We put up probably about three hundred ton on a good year. That's fallen off a lot. This field we're sitting in right now, it got to where it was not producing at all, three or four round bales for this whole upper area. We started doing some soil samples, did those. They wanted to sell us a bunch of chicken manure and I was like, no, I don't think so. So we sent my results to my nephew and he's a farmer in Nebraska. He sent them to his agronomist. That guy suggested that we aerate, plant clover if we're gonna plow anything up, which I told you earlier, I'm no farmer, so we weren't doing the plowing thing. But we did plant a bunch of clover. So we started the aeration, which helped a bunch. We started seeing old grasses that we used to have. That's when I seen the ad for the Rhyzogreen. Like what we heard, it was half of what the chicken manure was gonna cost. And we don't fertilize anything. We like to keep everything natural. We were a little late even the first year getting it on when we should have, but middle of June, maybe even towards the end of June. Typically was putting up like about forty big round bales. That first year we put the Rhyzogreen on it, it put up fifty two bales. I was pretty tickled with that and that wasn't even the whole, we still had more field to hay and that was just that area. That's another five days of feed in the winter that you don't have to buy hay for at two hundred bucks a ton. So we ordered more the next year. We did some sub ground, which I was not real sure how that was gonna work. They all tell you that you need to get it on the leaves. I had a neighbor kept driving by looking at it. In the background, he could see where we had already hayed and it was still green. And it was September and he's like, is that hay down there? I was like, yeah. And he was pretty impressed with what that was looking like that we hadn't hayed yet. And the undergrowth, the top looked mature but the undergrowth was still nice and green. He actually bought some and I sprayed his place this year. People can definitely see a difference if they're looking, you know. I would say it was a darker green toward later in the summer when it was closer to haying. There's less dirt patches in between your grass, like it's filling in with grass since we started the microbes are working and stuff. We had some we sprayed just for pasture, and the cows just kept coming back to it. They almost had to fence it off even after it had dried up. When they had green grass everywhere else around them, they kept coming back to that one test spot. Tells me the soil must be working, doing what it's supposed to, putting more nutrients in that grass. Even like on the hay, way less waste on the feed ground. When them cows are cleaning up that hay instead of not eating it because they don't like it as well and yet they don't look very good, like, there's an issue there. That bottom that was subbed that I sprayed, them cows ate that hay and licked the feed grounds clean compared to the same quality of hay but not Rhyzogreen. And then they'll walk behind the feeder when you're not feeding them Rhyzogreen hay anymore. Like, hey, where's the good stuff? So, yeah, I definitely see a difference there. We get in on that fall sale, which is considerably cheaper. That's nice. The other day when we went to spray the neighbors, I can remember some of my mixtures and settings on the sprayer. I just called Kirby and bam, he picked up the phone. We talked about what we were doing. He walked me through it and totally all came back. I remembered it from last year and he's been great. I would say try it. I've I've seen the results. If you're my neighbor driving by, you should see the results from the field. So like the one neighbor did, obviously. Like a bunch of my neighbors fertilize. The ones I've talked to say they have to keep adding more. I would say definitely try the Rhyzogreen. Wake that soil up. Get it working for you again.
