We'll be upfront with ya. Our products DO have a higher upfront price than many others on the market. BUT, on a cost per head per day basis, which is where the rubber meets the road, the price is the same or many times less than competitor products. Additionally, they are very concentrated products, which means they will last 2-3 times longer than other tubs out there.
Keep in mind that when feeding Riomax®, there is no need to supplement any additional mineral - so you can subtract that cost as well.
When should I feed Prograss360®?
PROGRASS360® is designed to be fed year-round. Its self-regulating forage balancer technology enables it to fill nutrition needs no matter the season, location, or forage.
Many producers feed PROGRASS360® year-round, while some only feed it at specific times of the year. Since the producers that see the best results are the ones that feed it the most, we strongly recommend feeding it continuously if possible.
Feeding it continuously gives animals an even nutrition plane and users typically see consumption averaging at the low end when using it year-round.
For a cow, the recommended rate is 1/8 to 1/3 pound per head per day.
